Exchanges and Returns

We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service and ensuring you are satisfied with your order. With this in mind, our return policy is set out below.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and/or return. For European returns €12.99 will be deducted from the refund. For returns from Italy, €5.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Returns must be sent in the same condition in which they were received. With the tag intact and the appropriate protective stickers, sent inside the original packaging.

If the items are received in bad condition, the refund will not be made. We will be very strict about the condition of the items (makeup stains, perfumes, etc.).

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits come with a plastic hygiene sticker . If you wish to return these types of items, it is essential that they retain the protective sticker.

Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will refund you.

Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email and looks something like this #00000) and email.

The deadline for refund/exchange can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

The package must have customs paid, we will deduct from the refund any additional customs charges that the package may have upon arrival.

Once the quality control has passed, we will refund/exchange the returned item.


Please note that JOY reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
